1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
All products at Print My Boxes are produced according to your unique specifications, including size, material, design, and printing. Because every order is custom-made and cannot be resold, refunds or returns are generally not available once production begins, except under the conditions outlined below.

4. Replacements
Whenever possible, Print My Boxes prefers offering replacements over refunds. If your order is defective or incorrect, we will reproduce and ship the corrected product at no additional cost, ensuring you receive the right items without extra financial burden.
5. Proof Approval Responsibility
A digital proof is sent for approval before printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review design, text, logos, and artwork carefully. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for errors present in the approved proof.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues
